Yes. The Nusuk app is the official platform provided by the Saudi authorities and is recommended for Umrah pilgrims. It can be used to book Rawdah visits (where required), access pilgrimage services, and manage certain aspects of your journey.
The main steps of Umrah are:

Enter the state of Ihram at the designated Miqat.
Make the intention (Niyyah) for Umrah.
Recite the Talbiyah.
Perform Tawaf by walking around the Kaaba seven times.
Pray two Rak'ahs behind Maqam Ibrahim if possible.
Perform Sa'i by walking seven times between Safa and Marwah.
Men shave or trim their hair, while women trim a small portion of their hair.
Your Umrah is then complete.
Ihram is the sacred state entered before performing Umrah. Men wear two white unstitched cloths, while women wear modest Islamic clothing that fulfils the requirements of Islamic dress. Certain actions become prohibited while in the state of Ihram.
Pilgrims must enter the state of Ihram before crossing the designated Miqat. Depending on your travel itinerary, this may be before boarding your flight or during the flight before reaching Saudi Arabia. Our team will advise you on when and where to wear Ihram.
The rituals of Umrah generally take between two and four hours, depending on crowd levels, walking pace, and prayer times.
Yes. Many pilgrims choose to perform additional Umrah during their stay. You must re-enter Ihram from the appropriate Miqat, such as Masjid Aisha (Masjid at-Tan'eem), before performing another Umrah.
Common mistakes include:

Not learning the Umrah rituals beforehand.
Wearing uncomfortable footwear.
Carrying unnecessary luggage.
Forgetting to stay hydrated.
Ignoring the rules of Ihram.
Leaving important documents unsecured.
Trying to complete all activities too quickly without taking adequate rest.

Preparing in advance can make your pilgrimage more comfortable and spiritually rewarding.

Prepare both spiritually and practically before travelling. If you are unsure about any aspect of your journey, do not hesitate to ask our team for guidance before you travel.
